ArtsXchange

A Project of the Warehouse Arts District Association

Dedicated to developing below market studio space for artists of all disciplines as well as providing arts education experiences to under-served populations, the neighborhood and the city of St. Pete as a whole.

ArtsXchange Event Space Rental

Welcome to St. Pete’s newest gathering space located in the heart of the Warehouse Arts District, the ArtsXchange is the perfect venue for a variety of activities!  The Warehouse Arts District Association (WADA) rents out the ArtsXchange Gallery and second floor classroom/gallery for private events such as meetings, receptions and holiday or birthday parties.

Main Gallery Space

Hold your event in an exciting space with a monthly rotating backdrop of artwork.  The ArtsXchange event space can be used for a variety of purposes such as meetings, special events, fundraisers, classes, weddings, workshops, holiday parties, etc.

• Free parking for up to 55 vehicles
• Access to 2 six foot & 2 eight foot tables
• Access up to 90 chairs
• Access to 6 high top cocktail rounds

• 100 people with tables and chairs
• 150 people (seats only)
• 150 people standing with cocktail rounds
• 200 people standing (no tables and chairs)

Classroom Space (2nd floor)

• 1,025 square feet of open space
• Climate controlled
• Kitchenette
• Bathrooms (stocked)
• 6 Tables & 24 Chairs (up to 50 chairs can be added)
• 2 sinks
• Classroom lighting
• Access to projector
• Sits 24 comfortably with tables
• Up to 100 standing
